Fans Eleven was founded by Sander Waare, who developed the concept from the initial idea into the full-circle fan engagement project it has become.

Sander has over 18 years of experience in the Football Industry. He is internationally responsible for the UEFA Charity Award-winning Cruyff Court project for the Johan Cruyff Foundation. Working side by side with his colleague and Cruyff Foundation director Pati Roura and the great Johan Cruyff for many years has given him direct experience of the Football Industry from all angles.

As CEO/CPO, Sander is the driving force behind the project. 

Pati Roura is the director of the Johan Cruyff Foundation and has been working with Sander for the last 15 years, sharing 8 of those years with Johan Cruyff on a daily basis. 

Pati is an outstanding networker who knows the Spanish Football world inside out. She holds strong contacts in the Spanish and International Football community. Her personal approach and excellent human relations skills has made her a trusted liaison for many international football stars and their agents. Her close network includes some of the world's greatest football players, club presidents, football agents, journalists and sports media.

Entrepeneur Jordi Puig, covers the technical requirements of the Fans Eleven Project through his company Tridenia S.L..

Jordi counts with over 20 years of experience in Artificial Inteligence and App development. Tridenia S.L. focuses on using AI to enhance user experience. As a Business Partner of IBM, Tridenia specializes in cognitive inteligence and AI through IBM Watson.

As CTO of Fans Eleven, Jordi unites his passion for football with his technical capabilities.

The team of Tridenia S.L., consists of 10 professionals dedicated to quality and accuracy in their work.

Alex Malin is not only a walking football database; he is also the UX Writer and Content Designer for UEFA’s digital products, from the Champions League app to UEFA’s official Fantasy games.

Through his vast experience in copywriting for one of the largest football organs in the world, he understands how to communicate with football fans with clarity and conveying the excitement of the fan experience.

Alex is responsible for all wording on the Fans Eleven platform.

Jordi Llopart is an experienced Art Director with several design accolades to his name. His design is always one step ahead of what you’d expect, and his visual creativity is of huge importance for the success of Fans Eleven.

Having played all possible football video games during the past 30 years, Jordi has a deep understanding of how football visuals have developed and what football fans demand.

His creativity in design makes Jordi a valuable asset to the project.
